About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Vylew website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions: info@vylew.com.
Information, not advice
The site gives general information about how we work. It is not professional advice for your business.
Case studies and figures describe specific clients over specific periods, shared with their permission. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will see the same results.
Working with us
Any audit or ongoing work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins. Prices are quoted and billed in US dollars.

Other websites

Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Vylew is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.
